I am originally from Colorado. I graduated from Black Hills State University with a Behavioral Science degree and Outdoor Education minor while participating in collegiate athletics. I then traveled to South Dakota State University where I graduated with a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s Degree in December of 2018. I have specific foundations in Narrative therapy and EcoWellness. I attempt wholeheartedly to live a holistic life by practical means and bring that experience with me into the therapeutic environment. I own a dog named Banjo who is my world. I also find extreme enjoyment in ultra-running, XC skiing, Bike-packing, and other endurance-related outdoor activities.
