Certified Peer Support Specialist – MALE STAFF
Diamond Tree Recovery – Kaysville, UT

Job Duties:

• Case management/program support for each patient
• Build relationships with patients, leading by example
• Assist the clinical team and attend adventure therapy activities
• Help patients stick to schedules appointments
• Help and motivate patients through daily tasks
• Proficiently document daily shift notes
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Other tasks as directed by the house manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a related field
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• 18 or older
• Engage in training and certifications required from Diamond Tree Recovery (CPSS/CPR/FirstAid)

Available Shift Schedules:

Monday – Friday:
Grave Shift – 12am – 8am
Evening Shift – 4p – 12am
Swing Shift – 4p – 10pm

Saturday – Sunday:
Grave Shift – 12am – 8am
AM Shift – 8am – 3pm
Swing: 3pm – 10pm
PM Shift – 3pm – 12a

Salary:
$14.00 to $16.00 /hour

Experience:

• Addiction Recovery/Mental Health: 1 year (Preferred)
